This Workshop helps us to understand the different spirit guides we have available to help us on our individual spiritual journey and through our guided visualisation we take you on a journey to meet with your personal Astral guide. We also help raise awareness of other, more advanced spirit guides waiting to help and the role of our Doorkeeper (Protector of our mind).
The workshop ends with a guided regression after first exploring who we are now.
