Before we can start to explore how to develop our psychic ability - we have to be sure we understand

Psychics are those who get communications from the Astral Planes and Astral communication comes from the subconscious mind. The Astral Worlds communicate with us, but before we go any further we need to know what the Astral Worlds are all about:

Do you believe that those who die - carry on living?

Do you believe that those who have died can be of any use to us?

Do you believe that if you died - you would be able to help? Would you want to help? If so, why would you be able to help, and how would you do it?

When we die we go to what is known as the Astral Planes. The Astral Worlds are made up of dis-incarnate beings, that are still personalities, the same as you and me and these beings can channel information through to us to help us in our daily lives.

Everyone of us has an Astral Guide that stays with us throughout our lives, and they are there to guide us. Some people hear a voice, but most of the time our guide will try to help through instilling a thought in our mind or giving us a premonition.

These personal astral guides are with us all the time, and we also have higher-powered guides that move in to help us through different phases of our life.
